One-Time infusion aims to fix faulty immune cells
NCT ID NCT06876363
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new one-time gene therapy called EN-374 for people with X-linked chronic granulomatous disease (X-CGD), a rare disorder where the immune system can't fight off serious infections. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and if it can help the body produce properly working infection-fighting cells. The study will first enroll adults, then later include children as young as 3 months old.
