Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new gene therapy called VGN-R08b for Parkinson's disease in people who have a specific genetic change (GBA1 mutation). The therapy is injected directly into the fluid around the brain. The main goals are to first check if it's safe and tolerable, and then to see if it can improve Parkinson's symptoms and related biological markers.
