First-in-Human trial tests gene shot for Worn-Out knees

Summary
This is an early-stage study to test the safety and initial effectiveness of a new gene therapy called BBM-A101 for knee osteoarthritis. The therapy involves a single injection into the knee, designed to deliver a therapeutic gene to help control the disease. The study will enroll about 81 adults with moderate knee arthritis to see how well the treatment is tolerated and if it shows signs of helping.
