Scientists track gene therapy patients for 15 years to ensure safety

Summary
This study is not a treatment, but a long-term safety check. It follows people who previously received gene therapy for cancer in other National Cancer Institute studies. Researchers will contact participants yearly for up to 15 years to check for any delayed side effects or health problems related to the gene therapy.
