Inhalable gene therapy tested to stop lung nodules from turning cancerous

NCT ID NCT07150416

Summary

This study is testing a new, non-surgical treatment for people with multiple early-stage lung nodules, which can be precancerous. About 38 participants will use a nebulizer to inhale a gene therapy called Gendicine. Researchers will check if the treatment safely shrinks or eliminates the nodules using regular CT scans.
