Summary

This early-stage study tests a new gene therapy called VGN-R08b for people with Parkinson's disease who have a specific mutation in the GBA1 gene. The treatment is given as a single injection into the fluid around the brain. The main goals are to check safety and see if it can improve symptoms or slow the disease. Only 17 participants aged 30 to 70 will be enrolled.
