Summary
This study is testing if a genetic test can help doctors choose the best second treatment for advanced breast cancer that has spread. It will compare whether starting chemotherapy or sticking with hormone-based drugs works better for patients whose cancer has a specific genetic pattern. The goal is to control the cancer for longer and improve survival.
