Scientists hunt for genetic clues to heart disease in syrian patients
NCT ID NCT05562687
Summary
This study aimed to understand if specific gene variations are connected to the risk of developing coronary artery disease and high blood pressure. Researchers analyzed blood samples from 223 Syrian participants, including people with these conditions and healthy individuals. The goal was to see if certain genetic markers and blood protein levels could help explain why some people get these heart-related diseases.
