Summary
This study aims to discover the specific genes and mutations that cause polycythemia (high red blood cells) and thrombocytosis (high platelets). Researchers will collect blood samples from 200 participants with these conditions to analyze their DNA. The goal is to identify the genetic defects so that better treatments, and potentially cures, can be developed in the future.
