Summary
This study is testing whether adjusting the dose of a cancer drug (belinostat) based on a patient's specific genetics can make treatment safer and more effective. It is for adults with aggressive neuroendocrine cancers. Participants receive a combination of three drugs, with the belinostat dose being higher or lower depending on their genetic test results.
