NCT ID NCT06853587

First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether using a genetic test to guide antidepressant selection helps teens aged 12-17 with anxiety or depression feel better faster and with fewer side effects. About 452 teens will be randomly assigned to either gene-guided prescribing or standard care for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if personalized medicine can improve remission rates and reduce drug reactions.
