Summary

This study looks at how high-fat vs. low-fat meals and menstrual cycle phases affect blood sugar after eating in people with type 1 diabetes. Fifty adults (25 women, 25 men) will eat standardized meals and have their blood sugar tracked. The goal is to help create better insulin dosing recommendations, especially for women.
