Heart attack recovery: do women follow Doctor's orders as well as men?

Summary
This study enrolled 530 people who survived a type 1 heart attack to see if women and men differ in how well they stick to prevention plans, like taking medications, eating healthy, exercising, and joining rehab. Researchers matched women and men by age and heart attack type and followed them for one year. The goal is to find any gaps in care so doctors can better support all patients after a heart attack.
