Summary
This study tests a new drug called GEn-1124 in 52 adults with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), a severe lung condition. The drug is given as an IV infusion twice daily for 5 days, starting as soon as possible after diagnosis. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and tolerable.
