Summary

This study tests a new device called GeminiOne that repairs a leaky mitral valve in the heart using a thin tube inserted through a vein, avoiding open-heart surgery. It is for people with severe symptoms who are not good candidates for surgery. The goal is to see if the device is safe and effectively reduces the leak.
