Can jelly water keep seniors healthier?
NCT ID NCT07381881
Summary
This study is testing whether a special gelled water product (GEL-AID) can help elderly people living in nursing homes drink more fluids. Researchers want to see if better hydration can reduce cases of dehydration, urinary tract infections, and lung infections. The study will compare residents who receive the gelled water to those who follow the nursing home's usual hydration plan.
