New gel could protect fertility after common Women's surgery

NCT ID NCT07280286

Summary

This study is testing whether a special gel placed in the uterus after robotic fibroid removal surgery can prevent internal scarring. The scarring can affect menstrual cycles and make it harder to get pregnant. Researchers will compare 62 women who receive the gel to those who don't, checking for scarring and tracking pregnancy outcomes over two years.
