New targeted drug enters human trials for hard-to-treat KRAS G12D cancers

Summary
This study is for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D. The trial tests a new drug, GDC-7035, given alone or with other cancer treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 410 participants will take part in this early-phase study.
