Summary

This study aims to see if people with a type of spinal arthritis (sacroiliitis or axial spondylarthritis) also have giant cell arteritis or polymyalgia rheumatica, two conditions that cause inflammation in blood vessels or muscles. Researchers will compare 10 patients who have both conditions to those who have only one. The goal is to find patterns that might help doctors better understand these diseases.
