First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This early study tests whether a new treatment called GC012F (a CAR T cell injection) is safe and tolerable for people with multiple sclerosis. About 15 participants will receive the therapy and be monitored for side effects over 15 years. The goal is to see if this immune-cell approach can control the disease, though lifelong management may still be needed.
