Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called GB-4362 given alongside two standard cancer treatments for advanced bladder cancer. The goal is to see if GB-4362 is safe and can reduce nerve damage and other side effects caused by the chemotherapy. About 37 adults with advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer are participating.
