Summary
This study looks at how doctors at Strasbourg University Hospital treat severe stomach or intestinal bleeding in patients taking direct oral anticoagulants (blood thinners). Researchers will review the records of 250 adults to see how often a drug called prothrombin complex concentrate is used to reverse the bleeding. The goal is to understand current practices and gather safety and effectiveness data, since the best approach is still unclear.
