New drug combo trial aims to shrink stomach tumors before surgery
NCT ID NCT07314203
Summary
This study tests whether adding two newer drugs (adebrelimab and apatinib) to standard chemotherapy before surgery improves outcomes for people with locally advanced stomach cancer. Researchers will measure how well tumors shrink before surgery and track survival rates. The goal is to find better treatment combinations to control cancer growth and improve long-term results.
