New tool predicts stomach cancer survival using scans and genetics

NCT ID NCT07190040

Summary

This study aimed to create a better prediction tool for how patients with advanced stomach cancer will do after receiving treatment before surgery. Researchers looked back at data from 179 patients who had CT scans and genetic testing. They combined this information to build a model that predicts survival chances at 1, 2, and 3 years after treatment.
