Scientists hunt clues in stomach Cancer's genetic fingerprint
NCT ID NCT06982768
Summary
This study aims to understand why some stomach cancers develop specific DNA changes and how these changes affect the disease. Researchers will analyze tissue samples from 245 people who had stomach cancer surgery to look for patterns between these DNA changes, patient characteristics, and treatment response. The goal is to identify risk factors and create better tools to predict which treatments might work best for different patients.
