Summary
This study aims to see if a gel made from garlic works as well as the standard medication used during root canal treatment. Researchers will compare how well each option reduces pain, tenderness, and infection in 96 people with infected permanent teeth. The goal is to find a safe, effective, and potentially more affordable natural alternative for dental care.
