Summary
This study aims to see if a structured gardening program can help teens with depression who engage in non-suicidal self-harm. It will involve 66 participants who will either take part in the gardening activities or be in a comparison group. Researchers will measure changes in self-harm behavior, depression, sleep, and feelings of loneliness to see if the gardening therapy is effective.
