NCT ID NCT07282236
First seen Dec 15, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looked back at 686 people who had surgery for an unstable hip fracture using either a Gamma nail or an InterTAN nail. The goal was to see which nail led to better bone healing, proper screw placement, and fewer mechanical problems like the nail cutting out. The study found that both nails worked, but the results help doctors choose the best option for each patient.
