Summary

This study tests whether a gamified mobile exercise app can help 46 boys (ages 6–12) with Duchenne muscular dystrophy stay motivated and improve physical function. Both groups get standard in-person therapy, but one group also uses the app at home. Researchers will measure walking, endurance, and well-being over 6 months.
