NCT ID NCT07408037
First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at whether playful breathing exercises—like blowing balls or bubbles—can lower anxiety before surgery and reduce confusion after waking up in children aged 3 to 7. About 80 kids having planned surgery will try these games, and their anxiety and recovery will be measured with special scales. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to help young patients feel better.
