First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding game-like features (points, challenges) to a step-tracking program helps veterans with Parkinson's disease become more active. About 110 veterans will either use the gamified program or a standard activity tracker. The goal is to see if more movement can ease Parkinson's symptoms like slowness and mood issues.
