First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tested if a game can teach pregnant people about prenatal genetic screening as well as one-on-one genetic counseling. Over 2000 English-speaking adults in early pregnancy took part. The goal was to see if the game improved knowledge and helped with decision-making, especially for those in rural areas with limited access to counselors.
