NCT ID NCT07235839
Summary
This study tested if a special board game could help older adults who recently had a stroke think about and communicate their preferences for future medical treatments. Researchers enrolled 72 participants to see if playing the game changed their treatment choices, reduced feelings of depression, or increased their sense of hope. The goal is to find better ways to have these important conversations in healthcare settings.
