Summary

This study is testing whether a special game can help adults who have experienced major life stress feel better emotionally and build mental resilience. Researchers will compare 50 adults playing the game for 10 days against a group waiting to play, measuring their mood and stress symptoms before, after, and three months later. The goal is to see if this game-based approach can be a helpful tool for improving mental well-being after difficult life events.
