Summary

This study tests a new procedure that removes gallstones using a thin, flexible tube guided by ultrasound, all while keeping the gallbladder in place. The goal is to see if this method is safe and effective, and whether it can avoid the complications of traditional gallbladder removal surgery. About 60 adults with gallstones will take part, and their gallbladder function will be checked for a year after the procedure.
