This study is testing the safety of a drug called gallium nitrate in 40 adults with cystic fibrosis who have a difficult-to-treat lung infection called NTM. Participants will receive two 5-day cycles of the drug through an IV. The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe and tolerable.
