Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called gallium maltolate in 15 children whose high-grade glioma or atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor has returned or not responded to standard treatment. The main goals are to find a safe dose and understand side effects. All participants will receive the drug, and researchers will monitor how the tumors respond.
