Three ways to fight surgery pain: which works best?

NCT ID NCT07203794

Summary

This study aims to find the best method for managing pain after minimally invasive gallbladder removal surgery. Researchers will compare three different pain control techniques—local numbing injections, a back nerve block, and a small spinal dose of morphine—in 132 adult patients. The goal is to see which approach provides the most effective pain relief, reduces the need for strong opioid painkillers, and helps patients recover more comfortably.
