First seen May 17, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (gemcitabine, cisplatin, nab-paclitaxel, and durvalumab) in people with advanced gallbladder cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this mix can shrink tumors and control the disease. About 33 adults who have not had prior treatment will take part. The approach uses chemotherapy to kill cancer cells and an immunotherapy drug to help the immune system fight the cancer.
