Summary
This study compares two walking therapies for people recovering from a stroke: one uses a harness to support body weight while walking forward and backward, and the other uses virtual reality games during walking. The goal is to see which approach better improves walking speed, balance, and daily function. About 30 participants who had their first stroke will be enrolled.
