Summary

This study tests a motorized walking trainer that gives gentle assistance and sound cues to help stroke survivors with leg weakness walk more naturally. The goal is to see if it improves walking symmetry, hip movement, and speed. The study will include 60 adults who have had a stroke and can already walk without help.
