Summary

This study aimed to understand how mentally practicing walking affects the body in people recovering from a stroke. Researchers measured muscle activity and body movement in 40 stroke survivors while they imagined walking normally and walking on a line. The goal was to gather knowledge that could inform future rehabilitation techniques.
