New cancer drug FZ-AD004 enters first human trial

Summary
This study tests a new drug called FZ-AD004 for the first time in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can shrink tumors. About 121 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part, and the study will monitor side effects and how well the drug works.
