New study aims to empower black and latina women in breast cancer screening decisions

Summary

This study tests whether a decision support tool helps high-risk Black and Latina women make informed choices about breast MRI screening. 80 women will be randomly assigned to receive either enhanced usual care or the decision support tool. The goal is to see if the tool improves knowledge and aligns screening choices with personal preferences.
