This study tests whether adding Fuyang Jiedu Granules, a traditional Chinese herbal mixture, to standard antiretroviral therapy can improve immune function in people with HIV who have persistently low CD4 counts despite viral suppression. The trial includes 240 adults aged 18–60 who have been on HIV treatment for years but still have weak immune systems. Participants will receive either the herbal granules plus their usual HIV drugs or the drugs alone for 48 weeks, with follow-up for another 48 weeks.
