Summary
This study tests a program for low-income Latino families with babies. It provides health coaching and text messages during doctor visits to encourage healthy feeding, sleep, and limited screen time. Half of the 576 families get this program, while the other half get safety and language tips. Researchers will check if the program helps children maintain a healthy weight.
