Summary

This trial is testing a new three-part treatment for people with advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be surgically removed. It combines a standard chemotherapy, an immunotherapy drug (tislelizumab), and an experimental targeted drug (futibatinib). The main goal is to see how well this combination shrinks tumors and controls the cancer, while also looking for biological markers that might predict who benefits most.
