Summary

This long-term study aims to understand why some people get severe or unusual fungal infections due to immune system problems. Researchers will collect blood, tissue, and other samples from up to 1,200 participants, including patients, their relatives, and healthy volunteers, over 25 years. The goal is to learn how immune defects lead to fungal infections and improve future diagnosis and treatment.
