Summary
This study tested whether injecting an antifungal drug (voriconazole) directly into the cornea, along with standard antifungal eye drops, works better than drops alone for treating fungal corneal ulcers. 70 people with moderate to severe infections took part. The goal was to see if the injection helped clear the fungus faster and improve vision.
