Stroke mimics: new study follows patients without stroke to uncover hidden patterns

This study looks at 20 adults who were admitted to a stroke unit with stroke-like symptoms but were found not to have a stroke or other neurological disease. The goal is to describe their thinking and behavior patterns and track their symptoms over 6 months. This research aims to better understand functional neurological disorders, which are poorly understood.
